AmeriWall™ Corner Shelf Installation Instructions

You will need Loctite Power Grab Tub Surround Construction Adhesive, DAP 100% Silicone White and Denatured Alcohol.

  Step One: Dry-fit corner shelf on desire location. Step Two: If the protective tape strips in the back of the corner shelf are not touching the walls, grind down the side edges before removing the protective strips. Step Three: Apply 2 zigzag lines of Loctite between tape strips to secure shelf in place (apply to model CS-1610) Step Four: Install corner shelf and apply pressure to both sides. Step Five: Clean the outside perimeter with Denatured Alcohol Step Six: Apply White silicone caulk to all outside seams.

CAUTION

Liquid adhesive: Construction-grade adhesive and caulks tend to be very flammable.When using the liquid adhesive for installing AmeriWall™ products, be sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings.   Acrylic cleaning instructions: Wash with mild soap/detergent and lukewarm water, using a clean cloth or sponge. Rinse well and blot dry with a damp cloth or chamois. For stubborn stains or scuff marks, use Gel Gloss, an excellent one-step cleaner and polishing product, or any other acrylic friendly cleaning products available at most local hardware stores. For soap scum, use any acrylic friendly soap scum remover that should also be available at most hardware stores.   Abrasive cleaners: Never use abrasive cleaners, strong household cleaners, window cleaning fluids, scouring compounds, gritty cloths or solvents on AmeriWall™ surfaces.
